Prior to returning any item contact Keepsakes Home Decor by email at switc02@aol.com. Please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order for authorization to return the item. Items must be returned to keepsakes Home Decor within 15 business days from the date your order was shipped.

Special order or personalized items are not returnable.

Items must be returned in the original condition in order to receive a refund or credit. We will not give credit for items returned that are not in their original gift box  or special packaging,or if it has damage to the original gift box.

Prepare the item for shipping with care, using the same original packing material to pack it securely.  The item should be in the same condition as it was when it was shipped to you. Make sure to purchase insurance on the package for its full value to protect you from any financial loss due to damage or loss by the carrier.

Unfortunately, shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Additionally, you must pay the shipping and insurance costs to return items to Keepsakes Home Decor.

DAMAGE FROM SHIPPING

Do Not destroy the box or packing material that your order was received in, if you have damage from shipping.

Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier or  Post Office. 

Please contact the freight carrier or any  Post Office for futher instructions.
